Terms of Use

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Japan Beauty website at https://japb.bio (the "Website"). The Website is owned by ФОП Владіміров Олександр Юрійович ("we").

1.2. By using the Website you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

1.3. The sale and purchase of goods is governed by the Public Offer Agreement, and personal data processing by the Privacy Policy, both published on the Website.

2.1. The Website is intended for browsing our range of Japanese cosmetics and health products, placing orders, reading the blog, and using related services (wishlist, skincare quiz, loyalty program).

2.2. When using the Website you agree to: comply with the legislation of Ukraine; not interfere with the operation of the Website or attempt unauthorized access to its systems and data; not use automated bulk data collection (scraping) without our written consent; not post offensive, unlawful, or misleading content; not impersonate another person.

2.3. We may restrict or terminate a user’s access to the Website in case of violation of these Terms.

3.1. Registration is required to access the personal account (order history, wishlist, loyalty points). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all actions taken under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

3.3. You may delete your account by contacting us at the address given in the Contacts section.

4.1. All Website materials (texts, photos, logos, design elements, program code) are protected by copyright law and belong to us or the respective rights holders.

4.2. Manufacturer trademarks (DHC, Biore, Asahi, Orihiro, and others) belong to their owners and are used on the Website solely to identify the products.

4.3. Commercial use of Website materials without our written consent is prohibited. Quoting is allowed with a mandatory link to the Website.

5.1. You may leave product reviews and comments. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive right to publish and use it on the Website and in our materials.

5.2. It is prohibited to post reviews containing insults, profanity, advertising of third-party resources, personal data of third parties, or knowingly false information.

5.3. We moderate reviews and may decline to publish or may remove content that violates these Terms.

6.1. We strive to keep product information (descriptions, ingredients, images, availability) accurate and up to date. However, manufacturers may change formulations and packaging without notice - the packaging always carries the definitive information.

6.3. Prices and availability may change. The price of a specific order is fixed at the time it is placed, in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement.

7.2. We are not liable for damage caused by the use of or inability to use the Website, except as provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

8.1. We may amend these Terms. The new version takes effect upon publication on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, failing agreement, in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
