1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of the Japan Beauty online store (https://japb.bio, the "Website") is processed and protected.

1.2. The data controller is ФОП Владіміров Олександр Юрійович ("we", the "Seller"). Personal data inquiries: info@japan-beauty.com.ua.

1.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010.

1.4. By using the Website and placing orders you consent to the processing of your personal data under this Policy.

2.1. Data you provide directly: first and last name; phone number; email address; Nova Poshta city and branch (or parcel locker) for delivery; account details upon registration; the content of support requests, reviews, and comments.

2.2. Data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, interface language, pages visited, date and time of visits, cookies and similar technologies.

2.3. Order data: order history and contents, selected payment method (without card details), payment status, shipping waybill numbers, loyalty point balance.

2.4. We do not collect payment card data: payments are processed by LiqPay and Monobank on their secure pages, and card details are never shared with us.

3.1. We process personal data to: place, process, and deliver orders; contact you about orders (confirmations, statuses, delivery); maintain your account and the loyalty program; respond to support requests; send newsletters - only with your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time; improve the Website and product range; comply with legal requirements (including tax and accounting).

4.1. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4.2. Data is shared only with service providers required to fulfil your order or operate the Website: Nova Poshta LLC (order delivery: name, phone, delivery branch); LiqPay (PrivatBank JSC) and Universal Bank JSC (Monobank) - payment processing; Clerk Inc. - account authentication; Supabase Inc. - database hosting and file storage; Vercel Inc. - Website hosting; Resend - transactional emails.

4.3. Some service providers may process data on servers outside Ukraine. We choose providers that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

4.4. Data may be disclosed upon a lawful request of public authorities in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.1. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for: the shopping cart and checkout; keeping your account session; remembering your language and theme; aggregated traffic analytics.

5.2. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings. Please note that without certain cookies some features of the Website (including the cart and account sign-in) may not work correctly.
