Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" you may return or exchange goods within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are on the list of goods that cannot be returned (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994). Opened or used cosmetics of proper quality therefore cannot be returned.

We accept returns of unopened products in undamaged factory packaging within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with all seals and labels intact, together with proof of purchase.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will exchange it or issue a full refund including shipping costs. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the parcel and attach photos if possible.

1. Email us at info@japan-beauty.com.ua or call +38 (095) 010-8514 with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will confirm the return and provide the Nova Poshta branch address for shipping.

3. Send the item within 14 days of confirmation.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (card or transfer) within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return shipping for items of proper quality is paid by the buyer. If the item is defective or was sent in error, we cover shipping both ways.
